Wikipedia defines Flow as:

“In positive psychology, a flow state, also known colloquially as being in the zone, is the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.”

“In the zone” came to mind when residents at MacCare in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, set out to make puzzled hearts with Sister Heide-Marie Archer. That wonderful feeling of getting your hands dirty and having fun!

Not only is MacCare committed to the lasting well-being of the residents of the retirement villages where we operate, but also the greater communities of Nelspruit, Polokwane, Tzaneen, White River and Somerset West and offers home-based care and companionship services to enable you to enjoy the lifestyle you want.
